2846651 Primary Facility 2019-02-26 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well has been spud. 30" was set to 50' by Rocky Mountain Drilling using a Soilmec SR-30 auger rig. The rig is now on a flat bed and ready to be moved out. The well currently has a steel plate covering it. Cutting were sent to a tank. The surrounding areas of the pad was being seeded and mulched. The cellar (6' x 6') was cemented in. The Emergency Response sign and permit postings were properly placed at the entrance to the site.
