Drilling was completed however the well was not in production. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of the inspection. The site was well vegetated.
1955502 Primary Facility 2011-01-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted 95/8" CASING STICKING UP. VALVE IS CLOSED.

WELL IS TO BE PLUGGED AND A NEW WELL DRILLED.

2078709 Primary Facility 2012-06-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted John Ley WQS, SWRO was on site to conduct a routine inspection. At the time of this inspection, the well sign, E&S plan, PPC plan, ESCGP-1 were onsite. The site wsa gated for security. The Well was drilled. Bmp's installed were functioning according to the E&S plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted with site or access road. No industrial waste issues were present.
