2721249 Primary Facility 2018-04-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 12:50. Weather: cold and windy. There are two producing wells on this location. There is a definite sheen on the cellar water of the 2H well. There also appears to be staining adjacent to the 2H cellar on the side closest to the other well. It would appear that there was staining in a similar location which was observed in a 2013 inspection. Contacted Eric Hottenstein and ask him to look into this and get it cleaned up. There is also a slight sheen on the water in the 5H cellar.
