2794262 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-23 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | A notice of termination (NOT) was received by the department on October 9, 2018 which prompted this inspection.
One well is staged for production with one GPU unit and sand separator, and two steel produced water tanks within steel containment with spray-in liner. The pad has been permitted to remain at full pad size. The pad side slopes, topsoil stockpile, earthen berms around the pad perimeter, and infiltration areas are well-vegetated with greater than 70% vegetation. Post Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) is handled by a series of vegetated and rock-lined swales, infiltration berms, and rock spreaders. These appear to be well-vegetated where appropriate and appear to be functioning as designed. Site is stable. No E&S issues noted. No violations noted. I recommend acknowledging the NOT. |
