2678907 Primary Facility 2018-01-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 3, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, Robinson Location in Orwell Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Chesapeake.

The site sign, E & S plan and inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was cover in a few inches of snow. The well pad has not been reduced, but PCSM was addressed by the installation of two infiltration berms.

Two wells were observed in production. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and two GPUs were also on site. All puddles on the pad were frozen. No staining was observed.

No violations were observed during the inspection.
