2700260 Primary Facility 2018-02-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On February 28, 2018 the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, Rowe Location in Rome Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Chesapeake.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The last site E & S inspection was conducted on 2/20/2018 by Apex. The site was well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. The well pad has not been reduced in size and PCSM has not been addressed.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was tagged and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. Two production tanks and one GPU were also on site. Puddles on the pad had low specific conductivity readings. No staining was observed on the pad surface.
