The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist. Chesapeake did not have a representative present during the inspection. Two employees of Meshoppen Stone Inc. were on site constructing the PCSM BMPs during the inspection.
The site ID sign, E&S plan and weekly inspection reports were all on site and available for review during the inspection. Chesapeake was granted a 2-year pad restoration extension on 1/20/2016. As part of the extension PCSM BMPs had to be installed at the site. The Department observed retentive grading/infiltration area #1 to be installed along the access road to the well pad. The area was not temporarily stabilized, but was constructed earlier in the day. The Department observed the two workers for Meshoppen Stone Inc. working on installing retentive grading/infiltration |
