Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2005661 Primary Facility 2011-09-27 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted spud started this date
2015228 Primary Facility 2011-10-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2373893 Primary Facility 2015-05-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Temporary stabilization was present over most of the project area, primarily in the form of vegetation. Some areas along the well pad perimeter berms appear to have been hydroseeded some time ago, but little evidence of germination was observed and overall vegetative cover was generally <70%. Further, temporary BMPs were not in place around the pad perimeters. These areas should be either mulched or re-seeded to provide temporary stabilization as required by Title 25 Pa.C.S § 102.22(b).
2510829 Primary Facility 2016-08-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2554583 Primary Facility 2017-01-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted One well in production phase. Two each sand and water separators. Separators not within containment. No leaks detected from production equipment. Site stable. No violations noted.
2683691 Primary Facility 2018-01-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted One well in production phase. One each sand and water separator. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
2850897 Primary Facility 2019-03-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 7, 2019, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Chesapeake Appalachia LLC. Olican Well. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site appears to be stable, but vegetation could not be evaluated due to snow cover.

There is a total of 1 producing well located on this well pad. The well is tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellar was observed. There is 1 GPU and 2 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. The GPU has a sand separator plumbed to it. Production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment.

No violations noted.
