2613185 Primary Facility 2017-06-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 28, 2017, at 1250hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company, LLC, GU-N-Pad in Stevens Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were all on site and available for review. The site was observed to be vegetated greater than 70%. No erosion or sedimentation issues were observed. PCSM has not yet been addressed at the site.

Four wells were in production during the inspection. All four wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed. One production tank and four GPUs were on secondary containment. The secondary containment structures were in good condition during the inspection. Puddles on the pad surface tested low for specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

No violations were observed during the inspection. The Department left the site at 1340 hrs.
