2675631 Primary Facility 2017-12-28 Site Restoration No Violations Noted One well in production phase. One each sand and water separator. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted. Site restored to minimum size to safely operated and maintain well.
2705337 Primary Facility 2018-03-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 12:23. Weather: very windy, snow squalls. One well in production phase. Top gauge: 363 psi (digital). Annuli plumbed to 550-gallon polytank (no methane detected). Two produced water tanks. One tank shows severe corrosion and pitting. A thin stream of fluid was leaking, apparently from the top of the tank (see photo). The ice within containment below this leak was melted, suggesting that this might be brine. The production tank containment was not leaking. The corrosion was noted in a previous inspection(575221, 8/10/16). It is recommended that Chief address the apparent leak and evaluate the condition of this tank. No violations were noted at the time of my inspection.
2847013 Primary Facility 2019-03-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 1, 2019, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Chief Oil & Gas LLC. Postell Unit A Pad. Weekly inspection log were onsite for review. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. The pad has been restored to safe operating area.

There is a total of 1 producing well located on this well pad. The well is tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There is 1 GPU and 1 steel vertical production fluids tank onsite. Both GPU and production fluid tank were stationed in secondary containment. There is a generator on the pad.

No violations noted.
