2603371 Primary Facility 2017-06-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 9, 2017, at 1120 hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Abell Living Trust (05-082) Well Site in Warren Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. Two PCSM bioretention basins were installed at the site.

Five wells were in production phase during the inspection. The wells were all labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. Two production tanks and four GPUs were also on site. The tanks and GPUs were on secondary containment. Puddles on the well pad surface were low in specific conductivity measuring less than 300 uS/cm. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

The Department left the site at 1220 hrs. No violations were observed.

2799568 Primary Facility 2018-11-06 Site Restoration No Violations Noted NOT approval.

Electrical conductivity readings taken from pooled water on site with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle near the production tanks is 0.09 mS/cm today. JLP
