2563444 Primary Facility 2017-02-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2789029 Primary Facility 2018-10-12 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The operator submitted a Notice of Termination (NOT) which was received by the department October 3, 2018 and which prompted this inspection.

Two wells are staged for production on the Yencha pad: the Yencha 2H well and Three D Acres 2H Well. Two GPUs are on site as well as two Produced water tanks within steel containment with a spray-in liner. Both produced water tanks and containment are in good condition overall. One tank has one small spot of corrosion on it.

Post Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) is handled by a series of rock-lined channels, rock spreaders and infiltration berms. These appear to be functioning as designed. The side slopes, berms which surround the pad surface, the soil stockpile and infiltration areas near the infiltration berms are all well-vegetated with greater than 70% vegetation. The pad surface has been permitted to remain at full size.

Site is stable.

No violations noted.

I recommend acknowledging the NOT.
