The site sign, E & S plan and the weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The slopes of the pad were well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed. PCSM has been addressed at the site. One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were observed on secondary containment. There were no puddles on the well pad surface. No staining was observed. No violations were observed. The Department left the site at 1320 hrs. |

Rock infiltration trenches have been installed at the site. The well pad has not been reduced in size. One well was in production during the inspection. The well was tagged and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were also on site. No puddles or staining was observed on the well pad surface. A tank with unknown contents was also on site next to the well head. The tank was in secondary containment. Stormwater within all containment structures was low in specific conductivity. No violations were observed during the inspection. |
