2571429 Primary Facility 2017-03-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 8, 2017, at 1130 hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company GU-O-Marcucci-Jones-Pad (O Pad) in Stevens Township, Bradford County. Nobody was present for SWN. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department.

The site sign, E&S plan, and weekly inspection logs were on sight and available for review. The last inspection by SWN occurred on 3/6/2017. The slopes and topsoil stockpiles were well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed. Two rock spreaders have been modified into rocked berms that retain a small amount of stormwater.

Four wells were in production during the inspection. All of the wells were observed to be labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. One production tank and four GPUs were observed to be on secondary containment. Water within the containment structures was low in specific conductivity. I took electrical conductivity readings with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle on the pad surface near the production tank returned 0.07 mS/cm. JLP
