The site is well vegetated with >70% perennial vegetative cover. Temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs have been removed. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed. The permit for well 4H is set to expire on 05/23/2016. The Department's records do not show that a request for a 2-year extension of time for site restoration has been submitted. In order to remain in compliance with the Department's regulations regarding site restoration (Title 58 Pa. C.S. § 3216), a request for such an extension should be filed or the site should be restored. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
