Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2365737 Primary Facility 2015-04-27 Preoperation Inspection No Violations Noted

2372866 Primary Facility 2015-05-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted : Arrived @ 9:30, cloudy and comfortable. NOMAC 75 on location. Met with Company man Dan Wood and safety man Jon Zwetzig. Drilling depth was 4670’ on Bacorn Bra 2H, the first well drilled on this pad. 9-5/8” casing cemented 5/18/15. While drilling on air, encountered gas @4257’ in Braillier (2000 units, 50’ flare), switched to mud, slowed drilling progress. From driller’s log:

2503287 Primary Facility 2016-07-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted : Arrived at 12:00. Weather: Sunny and hot. Noticed a temporary modular storage unit (> million gallons) on the Harlan pad, which preceeds the Bacorn on the same access road. Staff on site included: Tim Long (frac consultant) and Jim Baker (well head consultant) with Chesapeake. Also onsite was a RBS Fishing and a slickline. Met with Long and Backer who explained that RBS was trying to fish out pressure sensors that were in the Bacorn 2H, approximately at the kick-off point. This needed to occur prior to the planned frac of the Bacorn 2H, Harlan 4H and Harlan 3H, the three wells on the location. The frac would last approximately 3 weeks. Left @ 13:00
