Vegetative cover on site >70%, and temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs have been removed. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed. On February 09, 2016, the Department approved Chesapeake's request for a 2-year extension of time to restore the well site. As a condition of this approval, post construction stormater management BMPs must be constructed and operation by May 09, 2016. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
