Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
212104 Primary Facility 1990-02-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2661492 Primary Facility 2017-11-09 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, unable to determine if well has produced within the year. I did not see a sheen on the rods. There were 2 tanks within an earthen dike. A 100 bbl steel tank and a 50 bbl poly tank. A separator was made up and hooked up to the steel tank. The tanks sounded empty. A small pump jack is hooked up to electric. I did not see a label on the well and production has not been reported to the Department since 1993.
2763535 Primary Facility 2018-08-09 Routine/Partial Inspection Violation(s) Noted At the time of inspection, well does not appear to have produced within the past year. A phone call was received concerning the well and would like something done with the well. They stated that the well is a liability in its current condition. The well was inspected in 2017 and the inspection stated that I was unable to determine if it had produced. During todays inspection, it was noticed that the pump jack was in the exact position it was a year ago.

The well was equipped with 2" tubing inside of 4" casing. There was also 6 1/4" surface casing and wooden conductor. Electricity is hooked up to the well, but not sure if it is active. It did not appear as though the well was hooked up to produce gas so the well appears to be abandoned. There was a slight hint of gas in the air.
