It does not look as though the well has been touched since my last inspection. There was no other equipment onsite. The well integrity appeared to be intact, with no signs of any leaks. Operator stated that this well will be plugged and is the 1st on the list. An NOI was supposed to be sent to the regional office.

Notice of Intention to Plug received on December 17, 2018 with plugging scheduled to begin on 12/27/18. Inspection shows no plugging equipment on site. Well is in non compliance with with the COA. Spoke with the plugging contractor (Frederick Drilling Co.) by phone and they are scheduled to start moving in on January 3, 2019. |

Bottom plug set from 2320ft to 2260ft, (20ft above the shot hole at the speechly). Second plug from 1520ft to 1072ft. Cement plugs set based on nearby wells. Inspection shows rig hands running cement string in to set casing seat plug. Prior to running tubing cement plug was tagged at 1072ft. Fluids contained in an open top tank.

Casing head and a four foot piece of pipe remains on site with wooden boards from an old building. Drums that were tied to the Lesser #1 down over the hill have been removed. A steel tank that was located with the drums remains in place with an old registered well tied into it in case it was to unload. Violation for abandoned well has been corrected.
