Well was previously given a coal pillar api (37-019-21342-B) on 3/19/92. Inspection shows pump jack disconnected from the well bore with no visible rods at the surface pictured in photo 1 & 2. Pump jack is without a motor and power source. Picture 3 shows pipe on site with a steel separator. Inspection indicates no recent activity.
