During reclamation of the site, someone discovered there were bubbles coming from the well. Upon investigation, it appears the bubbles are coming from the annulus of the 13 3/8" casing. The bubbles varied in size and averaged 3 per minute. The white, PVC pipe with cap on it is being used to capture gas to do an isotopic analysis. DEP will wait on results of this test to make any decisions for next step. |
