2647381 Primary Facility 2017-10-03 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Highlands rig 9 is onsite setting up to perform a BOP test. Surface casing was cemented using 615 sxs Class H, 2% Gypsum, 5% salt, (133 bbls), 15.8 ppg, 1.22 yield. Displaced with 108 bbls and had 25 bbls cement return to surface. A float shoe and float collar (top at 689') were used along with 9 centralizers. Containment appeared to be in good condition.
2649109 Primary Facility 2017-10-10 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Highlands rig 9 is onsite skidding to the #5H well. This well had intermediate casing cemented using 995 sxs Class H (212 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 15.8 ppg, 1.2 yield. Displaced with 205 bbls freshwater. Plug was bumped and floats held. 40 bbls of cement were returned to surface. A float shoe and float collar (top at 2705') along with 37 centralizers.
