2855812 Primary Facility 2019-03-19 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Highlands rig 8 was onsite preparing to start running 9 5/8" casing into the well. The notification to cement was received. While drilling this section, a lot of water was encountered around 1500' and some more around 1700'. It was not freshwater. Containment onsite appeared to be in good condition. Fuel was within double containment. The BOP was tested on 3/18 to 1500 psi. Chart showed that the pressure held. There ate sound walls up around 3 sides of the pad.
