2742622 Primary Facility 2018-06-14 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Gary Northime is onsite cleaning well out. He is at 1598' and based on other wells plugged in the same area, we both felt this is either TD or very close to TD. There were no records available for the well. There were 2 plastic totes available onsite and a flat bed trailer. Plan is to plug from here. Also, the 4 7/8" will not pull so casing will be perforated and will attempt to pull at different intervals. If casing doesn't pull, perfs will allow cement to go down the backside and squeeze as much cement in as possible.
2744089 Primary Facility 2018-06-20 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Gary Northime was onsite shutting down for the day. Tubing had just been pulled up. Cement has been poured from TD up to 1140'. There were now 3 plastic totes onsite that were used for clean out and a 4th one that was being used for cementing. More sacks of cement were on a flat bed trailer. Well should be finished up in the next few days.
2747494 Primary Facility 2018-06-26 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Gary Northime was onsite and was about to leave to get pea gravel. Well has been cemented up to 510'. He hopes to be able to pour pea gravel to surface today and get the marker made soon. Cementing is finished for well.
2749093 Primary Facility 2018-07-03 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well plugging has completed. Pea gravel was filled to surface and well was cut off below ground level. A 2" pipe was placed on top which has a plate, with the API number welded on it, attached to it.
2749589 Primary Facility 2018-07-09 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted
2749851 Primary Facility 2018-07-09 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On site for a routine partial inspection.
