2653496 Primary Facility 2017-10-26 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Highlands rig 9 is onsite. The well has been spud and 16" conductor was set to 42', using 2 centralizers. Cellar was set and cemented in. Well was covered with a steel plate. The Emergency Response sign and permit are posted at the entrance to the access road for the pad. The pad is fenced in.
2663997 Primary Facility 2017-11-16 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Highlands 9 just got to TD. Notification for cementing was for 2 PM, but wont be until this evening. Surface casing cemented using 370 sxs Class H (80 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 2% CaCl2, 5% salt, 15.8 ppg, 1.22 yield. Displaced with 65 bbls water and bumped plug. 30 bbls cement were returned to surface. Floats were tested and held. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 8 centralizers.

Intermediate casing info was sent after job and was cemented using 685 sxs Class H (146 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 0.5% CaCl2, 5% salt, 15.8 ppg, 1.2 yield. Displaced with 154 bbls water and bumped plug. 25 bbls cement were returned to surface. Floats were tested and held. Float shoe and float collar were used with 32 centralizers. 140 bbls/hr brine encountered at 1280'. Containment was in good condition and all chemicals were contained.

Permitted wells spudded. Wells fenced with a cattle gate and steel plate covering holes. No production equipment set. Temporary storage tanks installed. Pad liner installed & intact.

Well pad is fenced. Site ID sign in place. Well and ESCGP2 permits on site. Well development impoundment completed, fenced, &liner installed. All E/S controls &BMPs installed, in place, intact, and functioning. Site has good vegetation growth.
