1890111 Primary Facility 2010-06-03 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and in production. Well properly tagged. Brine tank appeared sound. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site, but noted minor erosion behind well near shared access road, appears vehicles are creating a thru way. Department recommends to add fill or rock to prevent further disturbance activity. Well site was restored, but dept recommends the area be reseeded in order to obtain optimal restoration and to ensure stabilization to minimize E&S concerns.
1890459 Primary Facility 2010-06-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted According to records, well was completed on 8/18/04 to depth of 3724 ft and has been permitted since 07/2/04. WRAC was submitted and approved on 10/12/04. Well tag information present at the site. Well head completed with 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ and reduced to 2¿ production line. Production equipment consisted of separator (150 psi), data logger (50 psi/50 psi), and 100 bbl brine tank (30 bbl fluid). No E&S issues and no IW issues during inspection surrounding the production well. No signs of gas leak at the well head and lines.
