1896761 Primary Facility 2010-06-29 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was properly tagged and equiped for prodcution, but did not appear to be in production. Brine tank appeared sound. No IW issues observed. Site was adequately and uniformly restored with >70% vegetative cover. Final restoration complete.No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were observed in relation to well site. Minor maintenance is recommended on access road and culvert ditches in order to prevent any erosion concerns that may develop. (During inspection I was accompanied by WQS Greg Higgins and Jarrod Shultz )
