Well installed on 9/27/08 to depth of 3927¿ and WRAC submitted and approved on 7/20/09. Well was not in production. No well tag present. Well head consisted of 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ reducer to 2¿ shut off valve. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues and no IW issues. Production equipment consisted of separator (225 psi) and 100 bbl poly brine tank (25 bbl). Dual phase unit showed a reading of 50 psi/ 0 psi and last inspected on 10/21/09.
1843127 Primary Facility 2009-11-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was properly signed with E&S plan available for review. The well was in production. Brine tank was in sound condition. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well or access road. The area was adequately and uniformly restored with 70% vegetative cover. Since vegetative growth has been established it is recommended that the temporary E/S control(s) (filter fabric fence) be removed from around the site as well as along the ditch located behind the brine tank. Riprap may be installed in the ditch, as well as at culvert outlets to prevent potential pollution concerns.
