This well is set-up for production with a pump jack, an oil tank, and a brine tank in secondary containment. There is also a stack of four car tires and a truck tool box set inside the secondary containment each with a discharge hose from the brine tank.

A 45 day notice to correct this situation and do a visual clean-up is included in this inspection report. If the brine discharge is not stopped and a visual clean-up completed an NOV will be issued with the 45 day follow-up inspection report.

NOVs will be issued with this inspection report for the no well tag, no electronic production reporting and no mechanical integrity inspections.

2728323 Primary Facility 2018-05-07 Routine/Complete Inspection Outstanding Violations - Viols Req'd This site is located south off McElhattan Road in a brushy field. This well is set-up for production with a pump jack, an oil tank, and a brine tank in secondary containment. The stack of four car tires and a truck tool box set inside the secondary containment remain. There has been a visual clean-up of the area of dead vegetation that resulted from the flow of brine from the secondary containment. This area has been seeded and mulched.

WQS Taylor, WQS Supervisor Chad Meyer and Mr. Stover met at the site to discuss the clean-up, the well tagging and the production reporting. Mr. Stover stated that the fluids in the tanks have been transported in from other wells and this is his sales point for the oil produced by all of his wells. He also stated that the valve on the plastic tank had been tampered with by a third party and had released brine to ground in secondary containment. We explained that all hoses and equipment that appeared to be used for discharging brine needs to be removed and the valve
