An NOV was issued on 8/30/2017 for no tag/sign posted at the well and abandoned well.

Steve Jonnett with Actagon Corp called on 9/29/2017 to confirm that he received the NOV issued on 8/30/2017. He stated that the well has been tagged and he is working on the paperwork to renew inactive status on the well. Mr. Jonnett sent a letter that was received on 10/3/2017 with pictures of the new well tag/sign and notification that he is working on completing paperwork for inactive status on the well.

The NOV for the missing well tag has been lifted, the Violation for an abandoned well will remain until the inactive status is renewed or the well is put into production or the well is plugged.
