The purpose of this inspection was to evaluate the well and well location in preparation of a potential upcoming plugging project. The well is in an approximately 80' x 100' clearing at the end of a short (30-40') access road of Bushkirk road. The well is in the middle of the clearing. At the time of inspection, the well has an open but overgrown wooden cellar. There is a production line off a wing valve, a lower master valve and smaller upper master valve. There was no other equipment observed on site. |
