To date, no earth disturbance activities have occurred. I later spoke with owner/operator Mike Hoover via phone regarding the drilling status. According to Mr. Hoover, drilling is on hold right now. Mr. Hoover stated that he would reach out to the Department prior to conducting any earth disturbance activities.
Department staff collected background stream samples from Luthersburg Branch, UNT Reisinger Run, and Pentz Run. Samples were sent to the Departments Lab in Harrisburg for analysis under SAC 0046 with additional testing for lead and copper. |
