Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2779827 Primary Facility 2018-09-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection to check status of the Adam M. Selling 1 well (049-23289) with a projected location in the parking lot for Western Inn/Motel located at 205 W. 10th St., Erie, PA

Did not locate well. Spoke to manager at motel. He is not aware of any natural gas wells on the property and stated that the motel buys natural gas from National Fuel Gas.

The well is listed as abandoned. There are no inspection reports available for the well via SAIR. WQS will follow-up with a file review of well permit.

The Guerrein 1 well (049-00096), listed as active, is also projected to be on the motel property on the DEP Oil and Gas Mapper. Did not locate wellhead. File review also necessary for this well.
