The ESCGP-1 for this site is ESX11-0590010 and two wells are listed for this site both named 8H. 059-25914 is listed in eFacts as never drilled and 059-26141 which the Department issued on April 26, 2013, but is currently also not drilled. This second permit will expire in late April 2014 and if no well is drilled Chesapeake must restore the site by late May 2014. |
