The inspection was conducted in response to an operator submittal of a Notice of Termination (NOT) for the ESCGP, ESG13-059-0045, in accordance with 25 Pa. Code Section 102.7.
The inspection of the well site confirmed that all requirements established in 25 Pa. Code Section 102.22(a), regarding permanent stabilization, have been attained. No violations were identified during the inspection. I recommend the approval of the NOT request for ESG13-059-0045 which governed earth disturbance activities associated with the Koloski Well Site. |
