2617387 Primary Facility 2017-07-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Thursday, July 20, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection of the Harden Farms Well Site located in Morris Township, Greene County.

The Act 9 site ID sign was in place and clearly legible at the site entrance and all required documentation was available on-site.

The access road and the well pad were in good condition and the site is stabilized with perennial vegetative growth. Some lighter growth was observed around the impoundment although according to the plans, more work will be conducted in this area in the future. Some filter sock was observed in various places around the site. The operator might consider re-evaluating the vegetative growth in the various areas to determine whether the filter sock should be removed or not.

The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appears to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are each labelled as required.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
