According to records, drilling occurred 9/07/1956- 12/18/1956. No brine tank on-site. Well tag present; however, Department recommends Operator replace well tag to ensure permit number issued by the Department is properly displayed in accordance with current regulations.
Located in ag field. Although snow-cover is present on well site, no apparent accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation issues observed during this inspection. Following inspection, Department notified Operator representative Jason Canose via phone of recommendations. Mr. Canose agreed to immediately implement the Department’s recommendations and notify the Department upon completion. A follow-up inspection is anticipated to be conducted in order to re-assess compliance. |
