PNG says 063-20636 is drilled on the North side of Route 286. After reviewing well records for 063-20636 and 063-20827, both well records are identical except for the permit number and coordinates. Well 063-20827 is located on the North side of 286. During the time of inspection of the two wells, it was discovered 063-20636 is not drilled. 063-20636 is supposed to be approximately 218' from a 2016 plugged well (063-20662). But, in fact, there is a home located at the coordinates for 063-20636. The Department has determined a mix up in paper work by the operator and 063-20636 was permitted, but never materialized. |
