The impacted area is approximately 23' by 4'. No waterways reported to be affected.Mr. Scrips discovered the release on 7/31 at 0945 and reported it to the SWRO at 1125.The BT has been removed and one roll-off box and excavator are currently on-site to remove all visibly impacted soils.Sampling will be conducted to ensure all contaminants have been adequately removed.Excavated soils will then be replaced and then the site will be seeded/mulched.Dept requested e-mail documenting events surrounding release.It appears Opr is handling the situation according to policy and a follow-up inspection will be conducted to assess any environmental impacts and/or issued any associated viols as necessary. |
