Request Penn View to submit Well Completion report to DEP. Well tag present at well head but showed Ferguson #4 in efacts well is labeled as Chestnut Ridge #4. . At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues. Well head consisted of 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ to 2¿ production pipe with low corrosion. Production equipment consisted of dual data logger (75/10), separator and 50 bbl tank with < 10 bbl fluid. At the time of inspection, no gas leak around wellhead.
