Well label present on brine tank, displaying incorrect permit number. Department recommends Operator remove and/or correct well label. Well tag installed on well head is displaying permit number issued by the Department. Minor corrosion noted near top of brine tank. No active leaks and/discharges detected. Department recommends Operator continue to monitor and maintain brine tank as necessary in order to prevent any potential pollution events from occurring. Due to snow-cover, Department unable to adequately inspect site and access road for any accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation issues at this time. Located within SGL.
