1841570 Primary Facility 2009-10-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled not yet in production. The site was properly signed with E&S plan onsite available for review. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were observed in relation to access road or well site. Fluids were removed from pits, but the pit liners were improperly secured, as sections of the liner had become loose. Although freeboard was not exceeded this could cause a potential pollution event, it is recommended that this be addressed promptly to avoid any such violation.
