I entered the site at 14:54 and found the Red Fox B 7-11H wells (081-21003, 081-21004, 081-21007, 081-21005, and 081-21008) in production. ESX12-081-0099 expires on 7/25/2017. ESX11-081-0067 expired on 9/21/2016. Currently, the site remains as it was originally constructed size and PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) has been implemented for the site. I was not able to confirm vegetative cover since the site was snow-covered. I recommend requesting a 2-year extension, reducing the size, or justifying the remaining size of the well pad. The most recent update to the well site restoration assessment Anadarko provided on 12/22/2016 indicates the Well Site Restoration Report will be provided in Q1 of 2017. I recommend submitting the WSRR and Notice of Terminations at the same time. No Violations Noted. |
