The 9-5/8” x 5-1/2” vents were shut-in. Within the cellar, this annulus was also plumbed into a 2” flexible hose which appeared to link each of the vents to a 2100-gallon poly tank. Left @ 15:10. There were no violations at this time.

2813167 Primary Facility 2018-12-11 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Seven wells staged for production phase. Seven each water separators. No leaks detected from production equipment.

Well Site Restoration period extension was submitted to the Department on 10/26/2018. The extension will be returned due to issues with the PCSMs.

2816008 Primary Facility 2018-12-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 35° and cloudy at time of inspection. There were no Seneca resources representatives on location at time of inspection. Well had digital pressure monitoring equipment attached to the production casing and the production tubing. Casing pressure was 354 psi and tubing pressure was 247 psi at time of inspection. There were 3 annulus vents plumbed to surface at time of inspection. The 20x13 and 13x9 annulus had 0% combustible gas detected. The 9x5 annulus had 20% methane detected at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
