At the time of the inspection the site was covered in snow and temperatures were below freezing. Four cellars had only conductor set and capped for the Reitz 1 (081-21520), Reitz 2 (081-21500), Reitz 3 (081-21527, and Reitz 6 (081-21521). Conductor was set on the site back in January of 2014 without any further activities on the wells. The site appears to be constructed to the PCSM phase specifications. I recommend drilling with due diligence and implementing the site restoration plan or applying for a 2-year extension and terminating the ESCGP when vegetation is adequate. No Violations Noted. |
