2779240 Primary Facility 2018-09-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representatives Sue Herzing and Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Range Resources Shohocken 1-6H well pad on September 19, 2018.

There are a total of 7 producing Marcellus wells located on this well pad (081-20229, 081-20230, 081-20231, 081-20232, 081-20233, 081-20234, 081-21570). All well cellars are full of gravel. All well heads are properly tagged. Six produced fluids tanks are stationed in secondary containment. Field screening for conductivity within the produced fluids tank was 86.4 uS/cm.

Based off the Departments efacts records, the ESCGP is expired (4/7/15) and a notice of termination has not been approved by the Department to date. The operator continues to conduct and document weekly E&S inspections. The Department recommends getting an updated ESCGP.

No violations noted.
