At the time of the inspection, the entire site was constructed including the well pad, access road, and FWI (Fresh Water Impoundment). PCSM (Post-Construction Stormwater Management) features including infiltration berms and the infiltration basins are stabilized and appear to be functioning properly. Perimeter E%S controls were installed and functioning properly. Overall, the site is in excellent condition. This inspection fulfills the pre-operational inspection requirement of the O&G Act as amended by Act 13. No Violations Noted. |
