| 2596557 | Primary Facility | 2017-05-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine Inspection; 5/16/2017. I entered the site off Quaker State Road at 13:18 to evaluate the fresh water dewatering plan submitted on 5/8/2017. The primary dewatering location is the topsoil stockpile south of the well pad/fresh water impoundment and the secondary dewatering location is above the cut slope to the north of the well pad. Both dewatering areas are well vegetated and can be considered permanently stabilized. I recommend monitoring the discharge rate to ensure that the discharge rate does not exceed the infiltration rate. Overall, the dewatering plan describes how the operator will maintain compliance during the discharge of fresh water. The Department acknowledges receipt of the Freshwater Impoundment Dewatering Plan for the Shaheen Well Site. No Violations Noted. |
