Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2704013 Primary Facility 2018-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well location has been recently constructed. The operator has placed down filter sock below the location. The pit has been dug and is dry. The location has not yet been stoned. This site is scheduled to be mulched in the next few days. The cut slope on this site is very steep and may require extra stabilization in the future.

The well permit is on site.

2707450 Primary Facility 2018-03-20 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They did not get cement returns on the surface casing. The bond log shows a cement top of 62'. They are going to do an alternate method and cement the 7" casing back to surface, so the 7" is now considered the surface casing for pressure purposes. They plan on setting 504' of 7" pipe. They just finished drilling the 8" hole to 504' and are pulling pipe to run casing and cement today. The 8" hole was dry when drilling. They are using a lined pit to contain drill cuttings and fluids.
