2729980 Primary Facility 2018-05-15 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Plug set through tubing Monday 5/14/18 using about 20 sks of cement with a weight of 11.6. Rig shut down due to lightning storm.

Currently rig just finished pulling remaining tubing and shut down due to lightning. When and if storm passes will run tools into well to find a free collar and attempt to rip. Set plug at rip and casing seat Wednesday 5/16/18.

Attempted to set a 200' cement plug didn't get circulation with calculated amount of water while pumping through the 4-1/2" casing. Sent truck for more water. Pumped more water, brought oil back and circulated till oil flushed and water seen circulating. Pumped 200' cement plug with 38 sacks of cement. Plan is to pull 4-1/2" casing up to 1295 and set a 100' cement plug.

Changed plug size to 150' using about 21 sacks of cement. The well was filled with pea gravel and surface casing was cut below plow depth (approximately 36"). Separator unit and 50 bbl plastic tank have been removed.
